Rates

Standard rate: $190 per 60 minute session

My standard rate and sliding scale fee structure is designed to ensure I can provide the highest quality care. This allows me to sustain myself and my family, continue my ongoing professional development with an emphasis in specialized training programs, and be fully present and committed to supporting you throughout our work together.

I offer a sliding scale from *$90-$190/session using a 3-tier model that is negotiated between myself and the client based on a finacial wellness assessment. If you are wanting to learn more please reach out for more information on how I utilize my sliding scale for economic justice.

*A 1/4 of my client base is reserved for economically disadvantaged and low income, disabled, QT, BI&POC folks.

Insurance

I am currently an in network provider with Pacific Source Health Plans and also covered by most insurance plans as an out of network provider. 

Out of network benefits allow clients greater choice in choosing a therapist. Clients may choose any licensed therapist, based on their specific needs.

I see many clients who have had success getting reimbursed for out of network benefits. This option involves paying my standard fee upfront on day of service and receiving a "superbill" to send to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Out of network benefits vary greatly, so it can be useful to know beforehand so you can feel empowered in your choice.
