Rates

Standard rate: $190 per 60 minute session

I offer a sliding scale from *$90-$190/session using a 5-tier model that is negotiated between myself and the client based on a finacial wellness assessment that centers economic justice. If you are wanting to learn more or have any questions please reach out anytime .

*A 1/4 of my client base is reserved for economically disadvantaged and low income, disabled, QT, BI&POC folks.

Insurance

I am currently an in network provider with Pacific Source Health Plans and also covered by most insurance plans as an out of network provider. 

Out of network benefits allow clients greater choice in choosing a therapist. Clients may choose any licensed therapist, based on their specific needs.

I see many clients who have had success getting reimbursed for out of network benefits. This option involves paying my standard fee upfront on day of service and receiving a "superbill" to send to your insurance company for partial reimbursement. Out of network benefits vary greatly, so it can be useful to know beforehand so you can feel empowered in your choice.
